These two proceedings give the most authoritative account of Optical SETI on this planet today. These are a "must read" if you have an interest in the subject. Abstracts are given for all the papers in both conferences, and pictures displayed of all the speakers for the OSETI II conference.
Note that the OSETI I and OSETI II Proceedings are still in print and may be ordered from SPIE.
