As of 2000, I have a preference for electronic presentation of materials, complemented by overhead and 35 mm projectors.  The electronic presentation material is in PowerPoint 97 PC format, examples of which can be found here.  My present laptop supports the 800 x 600 VGA mode.  If you have a computer projection system with PowerPoint installed and a Zip drive, so much the better.
